جمعنا تطبيق وموقع إلكتروني يسهّل تنظيم الأنشطة الرياضية، ويتيح للمستخدمين حجز أي منشأة رياضية سواء ملاعب أو غيرها.Gama3na is an application and a website that facilitates the establishment of sports activities, as it allows users to book any sports facility, whether it is stadiums or others.

أولاً: شروط إنشاء الحسابFirst: Conditions for Registering an Account

1. جمعنا مخصّص لمن تبلغ أعمارهم ١٨ عاماً فأكثر. وبما أن الحجز يتضمّن الدفع، لا يجوز إنشاء حساب إلا لشخص بالغ.Gama3na is intended for users aged 18 and over. Bookings involve payment, so an account may only be created by an adult.
2. يجب على المستخدم التسجيل في التطبيق ليتمكن من الاستفادة من خدماته، ولاستكمال التسجيل يجب إدخال البيانات بدقة: الاسم الكامل، ورقم الهاتف، وأي بيانات أخرى مطلوبة في صفحة التسجيل.The user must register in our application to be able to benefit from its services. To complete the registration process, the user must fill in the data accurately: full name, mobile phone number, and any information required as shown on the registration page.
3. لتطبيق جمعنا، ضمن صلاحياته في هذه الاتفاقية، الحق في رفض طلب إنشاء الحساب دون إبداء أسباب، وله الحق في إلغاء الحساب أو تعطيله في أي وقت إذا تبيّن تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة أو مخالفة لهذه الاتفاقية.The Gama3na application, under the powers granted to it in this agreement, has the right to refuse the account creation request and is not obligated to justify the reason for the refusal. It also has the right to cancel or disable the account at any time when it is found that the user has provided false and incorrect information or violated the terms of this agreement.
4. يُعد البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وأي عناوين أخرى للمستخدم وسيلة اتصال رسمية وإرسال إشعارات، والإشعار المرسل إلى أيٍّ منها يُعتبر إشعاراً رسمياً يثبت بلاغ المستخدم.The e-mail address, phone number and any other addresses belonging to the user are considered an official means of communication and sending notifications, and the notification sent to one of these addresses is considered an official notification that establishes the notification argument against the user.
5. المستخدم مسؤول عن حفظ بيانات حسابه والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور، ولا يتحمل التطبيق أي أضرار ناتجة عن إهمال المستخدم في تأمين حسابه.The user is responsible for saving his account data and must keep his password secure, and the application is not responsible for any damages resulting from the user's negligence or failure to maintain the security of the account and password.
6. يُحظر على المستخدم القيام بأي إجراء يُحمّل التطبيق أو بنيته التحتية ضغطاً غير معقول، أو يسبب ضرراً أو يعطّل الوصول أو يقلل من توافر المحتوى، أو نشر أو رفع أي محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون، أو إرسال رسائل مزعجة بكميات كبيرة، أو التهديد أو الإساءة أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين.The User is prohibited from taking any action that may lead to unbearable or disproportionate pressure on the Application or its infrastructure, and is prohibited from taking any action that may cause damage, disrupt access, harm the availability of content on the Application, or limit the functionality of the Application, post or upload any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, racist, morally inappropriate or other unlawful content or information, or send any chain of unsolicited email messages, spam material or any other form of communication in large quantities, and it is prohibited to threaten, harass, abuse, disturb, or infringe on the rights of others, including their individual rights.
7. المستخدم مسؤول عن صحة وسلامة البيانات التي يُدخلها، بما في ذلك بيانات الدفع التي يُدخلها على صفحة مزوّد الدفع نفسه.The user is responsible for the correctness and integrity of the data he enters, including the payment details he enters on the payment provider's own page.
8. أي مخالفة لأي بند من بنود هذه الاتفاقية تؤدي إلى تعطيل أو إلغاء أو حذف حساب المستخدم وفق ما يراه تطبيق جمعنا مناسباً.A breach or violation of any provision of this Agreement will result in the disabling, cancellation or deletion of the user's account as the Gama3na application deems appropriate.
9. يتمحور دور التطبيق حول تقديم خدمات تتيح للمستخدم ممارسة نشاط رياضي بالشراكة مع الآخرين والاستفادة من خدمات مقدمي الأنشطة الرياضية، ولا يتحمل التطبيق أي مسؤولية تتعلق بذلك.The role of the application depends on providing services that allow the user to engage in a sports activity in partnership with others, and to benefit from the services of providers of sports activities, and the application does not bear any responsibility related to this.

ثانياً: حجز المنشآت الرياضيةSecond: Reservation of Sports Facilities

1. يقوم مُلاك المنشآت الرياضية بإضافة منشآتهم والإعلان عنها في التطبيق عبر إدارة جمعنا، وبعد التعاقد مع المنشأة أو مالكها أو مستأجرها يُتاح للمستخدم حجزها لممارسة نشاط رياضي محدد.The owners of sports facilities add the facilities belonging to them and announce them in the application through the administration (Gama3na), and after contracting with the sports facility, its owner or renter, the Gama3na application provides the opportunity for the user to reserve it to establish a specific sports activity in it.
2. يحدد ملاك المنشآت الشروط المفروضة على المستخدم للاستفادة من منشآتهم، بما في ذلك التكلفة ووقت الحجز وغيرها من التفاصيل.The owners of sports facilities determine the conditions imposed on the user to benefit from their facilities, including the cost and time of reservation and other details.
3. لاستكمال الحجز، يجب على المستخدم الموافقة على جميع الشروط التي يحددها مالك المنشأة.To complete the reservation, the user must agree to all the conditions specified by the facility owner.
4. المستخدم ملتزم بجميع شروط وأحكام حجزه، ويجب الالتزام بكافة تفاصيل الحجز المحددة في التطبيق، بما فيها الشروط التي يضعها مالك المنشأة.The user is bound by all the terms and conditions of his reservation, and he must abide by all the reservation details specified in the application, including the reservation conditions specified by the owner of the facility.
5. يلتزم المستخدم بسداد كامل قيمة الحجز عند حجز أي منشأة، دون خصم قرش مصري واحد، حتى يحجز التطبيق المنشأة له خلال المدة الزمنية المختارة.The user, when reserving any facility, is obligated to pay the full value of the reservation, not deducted from it, 1 Egyptian piaster, so that the application will reserve the facility for him within the specified period chosen by the user.
6. تُدفع قيمة الحجز إلكترونياً داخل التطبيق عبر وسائل الدفع المتاحة لدى شركة باي موب، ولن يتمكن المستخدم من ممارسة النشاط إلا بعد سداد كامل قيمة الحجز.The value of the reservation is paid through electronic payment in the application through the payment methods available at Paymob company, and the user will not be able to practice the activity until after he pays the full value of the reservation.
7. للمستخدم الحق في إلغاء حجزه، واسترداد كامل أو جزء أو لا شيء من المبلغ المدفوع وفقاً لشروط الحجز في حال الإلغاء خلال فترة الإلغاء المسموح بها قبلاً أو بعداً.The user has the right to cancel his reservation, and to recover all, part or nothing of the amount he paid as the value of the reservation, in accordance with the terms of the reservation in the event that he cancels within the permitted cancellation period, before or after.
8. المستخدم مسؤول عن صحة البيانات المُدخلة في حجزه، وإذا حجز منشأة لا تناسب احتياجاته فلا يتحمل التطبيق ولا مالك المنشأة هذا الخطأ.The user is responsible for the data entered in his reservation, and if the user has booked a facility that does not fit his needs, neither the application nor the facility owner will bear this error.
9. إذا أخطأ المستخدم في تاريخ أو وقت الحجز فله الحق في تعديل الحجز وفق سياسة الإلغاء والتعديل المنصوص عليها في شروط الحجز.If the user makes a mistake in the date or time of the reservation, he has the right to amend the reservation in accordance with the cancellation and modification policy stipulated in the reservation conditions.
10. عند إلغاء المستخدم للحجز، يحق لإدارة المنشأة فرض رسوم إلغاء، وتحدد شروط الحجز الأحكام المتعلقة بذلك.When the user cancels the reservation, the facility management has the right to impose cancellation fees, and the conditions for the reservation shall specify the provisions related to that.
11. في حال تكرار الإلغاء أو التخلف عن السداد في الموعد، يحق للتطبيق أو مالك المنشأة إيقاف حساب المستخدم وإلغاء حجوزاته القائمة والمطالبة بالمستحقات المالية.When the user repeatedly cancels the reservation or fails to pay the reservation on time, the application or the owner of the facility has the right to suspend his account, cancel his existing reservations, and claim the financial dues he owes.

ثالثاً: حدود المسؤولية والضمانThird: Liability and Warranty Limits

1. يلتزم المستخدم بقواعد السلامة واللعب النظيف، وألا يتبع سلوكاً يعرضه أو يعرض الآخرين للأذى، وهو مسؤول عن أي مخالفات يرتكبها فيما يتعلق بهذه الاتفاقية أو القوانين ذات الصلة.The user shall abide by the rules of safety and fair play and shall not follow the behavior or actions that expose him or others to injury or damage, and the user shall be responsible for the violations he commits in relation to this agreement or related laws and regulations.
2. يتحمل المستخدم الأخطاء الشخصية التي يرتكبها أثناء استخدام التطبيق، ولا يتحمل التطبيق نتائج هذه الأخطاء حتى لو ترتبت عليها التزامات مالية.The user shall bear the personal errors that he makes while using the application, and the application shall not bear the consequences of these errors if they entail financial obligations on the user, or otherwise.
3. لا يتحمل التطبيق ولا المنشأة الرياضية مسؤولية حماية ممتلكات المستخدم من الضياع أو السرقة، والحفاظ عليها مسؤولية المستخدم.Neither the application nor the sports facility is responsible for protecting the user's belongings and belongings from loss or theft, and it is the user's responsibility to preserve them.
4. في حال ارتكاب المستخدم لفعل يضر بالآخرين أو يتلف الممتلكات مثل اللعب العنيف أو الاعتداء على غيره أو موظفي المنشأة أو إحداث ضرر بالمنشأة، فإنه يتحمل وحده المسؤولية، وللمتضررين الحق في ملاحقته قانونياً.In the event that the user commits an act that results in harm to others or damage to property such as rough play during the exercise of sports activity or infringement on others or employees of the facility or causes damage to the facility, or otherwise, he shall bear the sole responsibility for that and the affected have the right to pursue him according to the procedures followed legal.
5. في حال إلغاء إدارة المنشأة لحجز المستخدم لسبب يخصها، تُردّ كامل قيمة الحجز إن كانت قد دُفعت مسبقاً، مع مراعاة شروط الاسترداد لدى المنشأة.In the event that the user's reservation is canceled by the facility management for a reason of its own, the user shall return the full value of his reservation in the event that he paid it in advance, taking into account the facility's conditions for refund.
6. لا يتحمل التطبيق المسؤولية الناتجة عن أخطاء وتصرفات إدارة المنشأة أو المشرفين أو مقدمي التدريب في الأكاديميات أو المقيّمين، ويُعدّ التطبيق وسيطاً بين الأطراف فقط دون أدنى مسؤولية.The application does not bear the responsibility resulting from the mistakes and actions of the management of the sports facility or the supervisors and training providers in the academies or the evaluators of sports activities, and the application is considered an intermediary between all parties only without bearing the slightest responsibility.
7. المنشآت والأكاديميات مسؤولة عن تنفيذ الأحكام الخاصة بالحجوزات والاشتراكات، بما في ذلك أحكام الإلغاء والحجز والاشتراك وغيرها.Establishments and academies are responsible for enforcing the provisions relating to reservations and subscriptions, including provisions relating to the policy of cancellation, reservation, subscription, and others.

رابعاً: أحكام عامةFourth: General Provisions

1. يتم التواصل الرسمي عبر الإشعارات المرسلة إلى حساب المستخدم في التطبيق أو إلى عناوينه وأرقامه المسجلة فيه.The official communication is through the notifications sent to the user on his account in the application or on his addresses and phone numbers recorded in his account.
2. لتطبيق جمعنا الحق في تعديل هذه الاتفاقية أو أي جزء منها في أي وقت، مع الإخطار بأي تعديل، ويُعد استمرار العميل في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل قبولاً منه للتعديلات الجديدة.The Gama3na application has the right to modify this agreement or part of it at any time, and notification of any modification will be made, and the customer's continued use of the application after any modification is his acceptance of the new modifications.
3. للمنشآت والأكاديميات الرياضية الحق في تعديل أحكام الحجوزات والاشتراكات وغيرها في أي وقت، على أن تسري التعديلات على الحجوزات والعمليات اللاحقة فقط.Sports facilities and academies have the right to amend the provisions related to reservations, subscriptions, and others at any time, provided that such modifications are applicable to reservations, subscriptions and operations made after the modification.
4. تسري لوائح وقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية على أحكام هذه الاتفاقية، وتختص الجهة المختصة في مدينة الإسكندرية بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكامها.The regulations and laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall apply to the provisions of this agreement, and the competent authority in the city of Alexandria is competent to consider any dispute arising or related to the implementation of the provisions of this agreement.

أولاً: المقدمةFirst: Introduction

1. سياسة الخصوصية الكاملة منشورة على https://gama3na.com/privacy وهي النسخة المعتمدة. توضّح بالتفصيل البيانات التي نجمعها، والجهات التي نشاركها معها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيفية حذف حسابك. وما يلي ملخّص فقط، وعند أي اختلاف تسري السياسة المنشورة.Our privacy policy is published in full at https://gama3na.com/privacy and is the authoritative version. It explains exactly what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to delete your account. 2. يُقصد بكلمة المستخدم أينما وردت في هذه الاتفاقية كل من ينشئ حساباً على تطبيق جمعنا بقصد الاستفادة من خدماته.User/Users, wherever mentioned in this Agreement, means anyone who creates an account on the Gama3na application with the intention of benefiting from the services available therein.
3. لا يقصد تطبيق جمعنا أي معلومات شخصية لشخص بعينه، بل تُجمع المعلومات الشخصية ممن يرغب في استخدام التطبيق، ومن ذلك المعلومات الناتجة عن طلب الخدمات أو التصفح أو الاتصال الهاتفي أو البريد الإلكتروني لفريق خدمة العملاء، وبتقديم المستخدم لمعلوماته الشخصية فهو يوافق على معالجتها وفق شروط سياسة الخصوصية.Gama3na does not mean any personal information for a specific person, but rather personal information is collected from those who wish to use the application, including but not limited to information obtained from requesting services and browsing or making a phone call or by e-mail to our customer service team, and providing the user provides us with his personal information and consents to the processing of this information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the privacy policy.

The Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement, and if any new features or tools are added to our Services, you will also be subject to this Policy.
6. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. ولا نشاركها إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة، وهم مذكورون بالاسم في سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة، ولا نُفصح عنها فيما عدا ذلك إلا حيث يوجب القانون.We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the service, each of them named in the published privacy policy, and we disclose it otherwise only where the law requires.
7. سنطلب دائماً موافقتك قبل استخدام معلوماتك الشخصية لأغراض غير تلك المذكورة في سياسة الخصوصية.We will always ask for your consent before using your personal information for purposes other than those described in the Privacy Policy.
8. نحفظ معلوماتك بأمان باتباع معايير إدارة أمن المعلومات لحماية المعلومات الحساسة كالمعلومات المالية وتفاصيل المعلومات الشخصية الأخرى، ونُطبّق منظومات أمن المعلومات على الأفراد والعمليات وأنظمة تقنية المعلومات على أساس إدارة المخاطر، ويتولى طرف ثالث مؤهل إدارة وسائل وآلية الدفع والتدقيق.We keep your information securely by following standards in the Information Security Department to protect sensitive information such as financial information and details of any other personal information, and apply our information security systems to people, processes and IT systems on a risk management basis, and a qualified third party manages the means and mechanism of payment and audit.
9. نؤكد أنه لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت أو طريقة تخزين إلكتروني آمنة 100%، لذا لا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق للبيانات، لكن جمعنا ملتزم ببذل أقصى عناية ممكنة في الحماية وإدارة المخاطر.We assure you that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data and information, but our Gama3na is committed to taking the utmost care it can in protection and risk management.

ثانياً: معلومات المستخدمSecond: User Information

1. نجمع اسمك واسم المستخدم وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك المحمول، وصورة شخصية اختيارية. لا نجمع عنوان السكن، ولا نجمع أو نخزّن بيانات البطاقات أو الحسابات البنكية إطلاقاً — فبيانات البطاقة تُدخل مباشرة على صفحة الدفع الخاصة بباي موب.We collect your name, username, email address, mobile phone number and, optionally, a profile photo. We do not collect a home address, and we never collect or store card or bank account details — card payments are entered directly on Paymob's own payment page.
2. بعد إذنك، يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور للصور التي تختار رفعها، وموقعك أثناء استخدام التطبيق لعرض الملاعب القريبة، وتقويم جهازك فقط إذا أضفت حجزاً إليه. لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الميكروفون ولا يسجّل أي صوت.With your permission, the app uses the camera and photo library for photos you choose to upload, your location while the app is open to show nearby courts, and your device calendar only if you add a booking to it. The app does not request microphone access and makes no audio recording.
3. باستخدامك لتطبيقنا، تمنحنا صلاحية معرفة موقعك باستخدام خدمة الخرائط في هاتفك أو جهازك للسماح لنا بتقديم الخدمات على أكمل وجه، مثل المنشآت الرياضية القريبة منك وغيرها.By using our application, you grant us the authority to know your location using the map service in your phone or device to allow us to provide services to the fullest extent, such as: sports facilities near you and other details.
4. نجمع معلومات عن الخدمات المُقدّمة للمستخدم ونقيس أداء الخدمات، بما يشمل معلومات عن نشاطك مثل كيفية استخدامك لخدماتنا وتفاعلك مع الآخرين وما شابه.We collect information about the services provided to the user and measure the performance of the services provided, including information about your activity such as how you use our services, how you interact with others, and so on.
5. نجمع نوع جهازك وإصدار نظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق وعنوان IP ومعرّف تثبيت عشوائي يُنشئه التطبيق على جهازك. وهو ليس معرّفاً للجهاز ولا معرّفاً إعلانياً، ويتغيّر عند إعادة تثبيت التطبيق.We collect your device type, operating-system version, app version, IP address, and a random installation identifier the app generates on your device. It is not a hardware identifier and not an advertising identifier, and it changes when the app is reinstalled.

سياسة الدفع والاستردادPayment and Refund Policy

وسائل الدفعPayment Methods

أ) الدفع بالبطاقة البنكية (باي موب)A) Bank Card Payment (Paymob)

يتم الحجز بكامل قيمة عدد الساعات المراد حجزها، ولا يُقبل الحجز إلا بعد سداد كامل قيمة الحجز. سيُرسل إليك إشعار بعد تأكيد الدفع وحجز الملعب باسمك مع رمز الحجز.The reservation is made in the full amount of the number of hours required to be booked, and the reservation process is not accepted unless the customer pays the full amount of the reservation. A notification will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed and the stadium is booked in your name with the reservation code.

ب) الدفع بالمحفظة الإلكترونية (باي موب)B) Mobile Wallet Payment (Paymob)

عند اختيار الدفع بالمحفظة الإلكترونية، تُدخل رقم هاتف محفظتك على صفحة باي موب الآمنة وتوافق على الدفع من هاتفك. ويُؤكَّد الحجز بمجرد تأكيد باي موب للدفع. ولا تتوفر منافذ الدفع مثل أمان وماسري.When you choose to pay by mobile wallet, you enter your wallet phone number on Paymob's secure page and approve the payment on your phone. The booking is confirmed once Paymob confirms the payment. Payment outlets such as Aman and Masary are not offered.

ج) أين تذهب بيانات الدفعC) Where your payment details go

يُدخل رقم بطاقتك ورمز التحقق ورقم تعريف المحفظة على صفحة الدفع الآمنة الخاصة بباي موب وحدها. ولا يطّلع جمعنا عليها ولا يخزّنها إطلاقاً؛ ونحتفظ فقط بآخر أرقام البطاقة ونوعها لتظهر في إيصالك.Your card number, CVV and wallet PIN are entered only on Paymob's own secure payment page. Gama3na never sees or stores them; we keep only the last digits of the card and the card type so they can appear on your receipt.

سياسة الاستردادRefund Policy

1. قبل الحجز بـ 72 ساعة فأكثر:72 hours or more before booking: يسترد العميل كامل مستحقاته عدا رسوم الحجز وهي (2.75% + 3 E£) من قيمة الحجز المدفوعة مقابل الخدمة المُقدّمة عبر جمعنا.The customer recovers the full paid amount except a booking fee of 2.75% + 3 E£ of the paid value — the value of the service provided through Gama3na.
2. قبل الحجز بـ 48 ساعة:48 hours before booking: يُخصم من العميل (27.5% + 3 E£) من قيمة الحجز المدفوعة مقابل الخدمة المُقدّمة عبر جمعنا (لعدم إعطاء الملعب الوقت الكافي لحجزه مرة أخرى).27.5% + 3 E£ of the paid value is deducted, as the field was not given enough time to be rebooked.
3. قبل الحجز بـ 24 ساعة:24 hours before booking: يُخصم من العميل (52.5% + 3 E£) من قيمة الحجز مقابل الخدمة المُقدّمة عبر جمعنا.52.5% + 3 E£ of the paid value is deducted.
4. خلال الـ 24 ساعة في يوم الحجز نفسه:Within 24 hours on the booking day: لا يُسترد أي مبلغ ويُخصم المبلغ كاملاً من العميل (لاستحالة حجز الملعب من قبل صاحبه في نفس يوم الحجز).No amount is refunded and the full amount is deducted, as the field cannot realistically be rebooked on the same day.

المسؤولياتResponsibilities

مسؤوليات جمعناGama3na Responsibilities

• جمعنا مجرد حلقة وصل بين العميل ومالك الملعبGama3na is only a link between the customer and the stadium owner
• مسؤول عن تحصيل قيم الحجز وتسليمها لمالك الملعبResponsible for collecting reservation amounts and delivering them to the stadium owner
• لا يملك صلاحية التحكم في مواعيد حجوزات الملعبHas no authority to control the dates of stadium reservations

مسؤوليات مالك الملعبStadium Owner Responsibilities

جمعنا هو أول تطبيق متكامل لحجز الملاعب أونلاين، يسهّل عملية حجز الملاعب بأبسط الطرق لعملائنا. بدأنا من الإسكندرية ونخطط للتوسع في جميع أنحاء مصر.Gama3na is the first integrated application for booking stadiums online, which facilitated the process of booking stadiums in the easiest way possible for our customers. We started from Alexandria and plan to expand all over Egypt.

الآن لست بحاجة للذهاب بنفسك لحجز ملعب أو حتى لمعرفة المواعيد المتاحة. لدينا جدول للملاعب المتعاقدة معنا متاح لك قبل شهر أو أكثر بالمواعيد المحجوزة والمتاحة.Now you do not need to go on your own to book a stadium or even know the available dates. There is a schedule of stadiums contracted with us available to you a month or more in advance with booked and available appointments.
