حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيقDelete your account in the app

1. افتح تطبيق جمعنا وسجّل الدخول.Open the Gama3na app and sign in.
2. اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ثم الإعدادات.Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. اضغط على حذف الحساب.Tap Delete account.
4. أكّد العملية بكلمة المرور الخاصة بك.Confirm with your password.

طلب الحذف بدون التطبيقRequest deletion without the app

إذا لم يعد بإمكانك استخدام التطبيق، راسلنا على support@gama3na.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، مع تضمين: If you can no longer use the app, email us at support@gama3na.com from the email address registered on your account, and include:

• الموضوع: طلب حذف الحسابSubject: Account deletion request
• رقم الهاتف المحمول المسجّل في حسابكThe mobile phone number registered on your account

نتحقق من الطلب مقابل بيانات الحساب المسجّلة، ثم ننفّذه خلال ٣٠ يوماً.We verify the request against the registered account details, then process it within 30 days.

ما الذي يُحذفWhat is deleted

عند حذف حسابك نزيل:When your account is deleted we remove:

• الاسمYour name
• اسم المستخدمYour username
• البريد الإلكترونيYour email address
• رقم الهاتفYour phone number
• الصورة الشخصيةYour profile photo
• إعدادات الإشعاراتYour notification settings
• التفضيلات المحفوظةYour saved preferences

ويصبح الحساب مجهول الهوية، ولا يمكن استخدامه لتسجيل الدخول بعد ذلك.Your account is then anonymised, and it can no longer be used to sign in.

ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذاWhat we keep, and why

سجلات الدفع والحجز مطلوبة لأغراض المحاسبة والاسترداد وحل النزاعات، لذلك لا تُحذف مع الحساب. نحتفظ بها في صورة مجهولة الهوية — غير مرتبطة باسمك أو ببيانات التواصل الخاصة بك — للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.Payment and booking records are required for accounting, refunds and dispute handling, so they are not deleted with the account. We keep them in anonymised form — no longer linked to your name or your contact details — for the period required by law.

وتُحفظ سجلات التدقيق الخاصة بالإجراءات الإدارية للسبب نفسه.Audit logs of administrative actions are kept for the same reason.

ولنكون صريحين بشأن استثناء واحد: سجل التدقيق يوثّق مَن غيّر ماذا ومتى، ولذلك يحتفظ بالاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف كما كانت قبل الحذف، للمدة القانونية نفسها المذكورة أعلاه. هذه النسخة لازمة للتحقيق في النزاعات والحوادث الأمنية، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر، ولا تظهر في أي واجهة للمستخدمين، وتُحذف بانتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ.To be plain about one exception: the audit history records who changed what and when, and it therefore retains the name, email address and phone number your account held before deletion, for the same legally required retention period described above. That copy is needed to investigate disputes and security incidents; it is used for no other purpose, it appears in no user-facing screen, and it is deleted when the retention period ends.
